why?

i was transfering my character from lumiel to siel but nothing happened..i wated 1-3hrs but nothing...why?

 

You should follow the rules and restriction of the Player Transfer Service. Here http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=ptransfer

And if the transfer still fail, try to empty your special cube. That's what i do back then when i moved my legit to siel,

 

In case your transfer panel is still saying your transfer is currently in progress after a few hours, it's stuck. That's a known issue and we're currently looking for a solution. Expect your credits refunded in a few days.

It's just a bit buggy and it's being worked on, some transfers fail, some don't, that's why it's still there

 

oh so there's still a chance to transfer successfully without any problem. What about if the transfer fail? Are there some sort of missing items issue? I hope not.
