Now 20 minutes ago when i water my kadomatsu plant it disappeared after it gave me the kadomatsu enchantment stone bundle when i watered it.

Something weird about the plant too. this last few days after i watered it something appeared on the plant that is attached, first was a fan, 2nd a red mask. the third i forgot what was that, The idea is whenever i watered it something appeared on the plant on branches then it gives enchantment stone bundle which is a bug that is cannot be extracted. I had more pieces of it before but i discarded some it it coz it was useless. Now i have 3 left in my inventory.

I didnt bother to take a screenshot on the plant coz i never thought this could happen. What i have is the screenshot of the enchantment bundles that it gives in my inventory.

I need to get back my plant though the bundle of enchantment stones that it gives is bugged. It was 1500 toll and it was an expense.

 

As I already told you in-game, this will be looked at.

Already forwarded to the higher staffs.

it feels like im being ignored. not being accommodated. Poor support and no preliminary/partial answer about the problem. Being looked at but not even a little info of what action is being processed or because it is not been worked yet.

it appears that the kadomatsu plant that has been made available in BCT is useless. Enchantment bundles are not extractable and was discarded for it is useless. THen until it was disappeared. i need a refund. such a waste of 1500. still no answer,. so slow support.

 

i need an answer. this is so disappointing.

 

5 days has passed. No support. wher is the so called good support in the Pserver descrition on voting sites?

 

This server dont have one. Last time I had red about a comment saying '' its just a crappy trash ''. Good luck to you.

When GM said he will look forward on it, just do as he said and avoid the bug...bcz you can be either bug abuser or bug victims. xD. btw thats plants already work?

Hmmmm. Lets see. I bet no one mentioned the fact that those who look at these and can do things about these happened to be. Away for the past mmm little whiles.

Anyway. Given the screenshots, it would be a no. Considering that the plant is a piece of furniture and could be idly sitting in your 'unused' house furniture inventory when you go to actually place the items.

If you could provide screenshots of that as well we may get somewhere.

Also, the thing expires, so...yea theres that too. Expires, after 7 uses.

 

Yep. It does disappear after fertilizing it the 7th time. And yeah. If only the item's description is more definite about that part..
