[Offical] Voting system Thread

Base on my experience, voting problems occur whenever you open another account using the same IP, or you're late in voting on your account. Happens to me most of the time, so I make sure I vote in exact time, or else, wait for 719minutes again bwahaha

 

i heave this problem with voting about 4 mounths.. and i told to GM but nothing solvet:bandit:

 

voting site 3 and 4 not working.

 

Big problem about voting sistem..4 mounths

Me and me gf heave account on gamezaion server ,I heave me personal account and she heave she's personal account..with 2 different pc...2 different network conection and from2 different citys from Romania..the problem is the next one:

diffrent ip address and device still count as one account..:sad: when I/She voting on an account is activated the other account but the credit from voting put only one account!
And the two accounts heave same time remaining to vote again..this problem is about 4 mounths,,i remember different computers...diferent network conection different IP adres different town..
PLZ Alente or som1 else do somthing about this problem....4 mounth without votting is too bad

 

The "ip already voted" is a known issue now.. most of the fix are cleaning the cache and cookies of your browser or try a different browser. Restarting modem might fix it too.. it works for me when i change my modem itself.. hope it helps

 

In I sometimes can not vote too ... I think this will be corrected as soon as possible, my friend already has a few weeks that he can not vote ...

 

That wont help already i did everything still "Already Voted" not my "IP already Voted"

 

Its a known problem since 4.0 came out

 

That sure is a BIG problem...

Well it works for me not sure on others cases

 

Man trust me I delet cache and cookies,I tryed with another browser,i change the network connection(modem too) and nothing..

 

i see now1 care about this problem ...three mounths passed AND NOTHING SOLVED...Put yourself in the place OF PLAYERS..and thinking that can not vote ABOUT 3 months...
And I'm not the only one who have that problem..

 

Survey / voting problem.

It seems the survey ingame constantly get stuck at some point, on 4 chars atm i cant pick it up...

Als i've bin voting all week and no points added yet??

P.S.

if you want to keep ppl from doing certain quest, how about removing the start of the quest chain aswel, it would save alot of annouyment.

 

Then make a new account if your stuck

 

try changing your browser or clearing your chache and cookies had the same problem fixed it by doing that

if you don't have something good to share don't post

 

Whats wrong with that? He said he voted for a week and still he didnt reciave any credits? So what the problem on suggesting to make a new account? Im just trying to help, yabang mo ah, nakakabwisit ka kala mo kung sino ka ng hayup ka.

 

The problem is that's not the right way to go solving the issue. Creating a new account for players that have already established ingame activity/gear/names is not helpful.

Like Zeiko mentioned, using alternative internet browsers and/or clearing your internet cache/cookies generally fixes the problem.

As for the ingame surveys, they can get refreshed when you change maps. Sometimes they do bug if you don't select any rewards before continuing the survey or your inventory is too full to receive all the items. Re-logging will generally make it reappear again.
