    With a crit strike scroll, and end game weapons such as HAC/SHEP/GOVERNOR you can reach 800+ crit which is more than enough.

    A mix of atk/crit and atk/ma is good for pvp as iulian987 mentioned above. Meet a crit soft cap of 700 (unbuffed) from atk/crit, then fill the rest of your slots with atk/ma.
    If you play on lumiel, stigma build will make a huge impact as well.

    I suggest you to use either Attack / MR or Attack / MA (Crit/MR or Crit/ma would be good too).

    If you ever want to dps more, use Attack / Crit or Crit / attack
