   If you're referring to the Yellow manastones (Attack +5) ~ (Crit Strike +19)..
   You can know use Attack +5 / Crit Strike +9 manastones, those were implemented with the 3.0 patch
   
   So you would have a decent amount of crit strike while having a full Attack build, if that's not what you mean, explain your question LUL
