I have a problem when im trying to buy a house, when im awith the house actioner he says: you must complete {Housing} And a Home for Verey Daeva first, the problem is that i have this quest already done, i was owner of an studio , then a house, now i want to buy an state but i couldnt .

U need to firstly sell your house before u bid for another bugged just on gamez, it should work without selling first one before

 

I am pretty sure I am in the wrong place over come I wonder if anyone knows how to back to aion 3.7, aion tbm my sister plays the more she plays the officer and I GAMEZAION in and update it and I am having problems getting the ascessa server can someone help me and when GAMEZAION goes to 4.0

would like to ask you housing wizzes what do i need to do to sell my house and be able to bid at the same time/period(right this week) im buying a mansion, i already registered my house for bidding. do i really still need to sell it first before i can buy another? I was planning on buying the house i own now with my other character so i can keep them coz i am currently trying to dominate the houses in my village, but i need the mansion on my main char and the houses on my alt chars :3

 

yes your current house must be sold 1st before you can own/bid another
edit: PS. Im not sure if sell function works but if you want to lose the house you own just don't pay its weekly maintenance fee

l that cud really work if only i didnt usually pay the maintenance cost of my houses for 4 weeks

 

hmm even if you spam the maintenance payment alot within a week it doesnt stack (from my experience) it just eats your kinah away... you still have to pay the fee next week XD

 

uhm i think its that way coz when the next week comes, ur house is maintained for 3 weeks. So the limit is really 4weeks so u can still pay another week.
