must wait so long after drop start game

after click start game there a smal aion picture after this picture normaly comes the ncsoft thing but it doesnt come it "freeze" at the smal aion picture and i dk what i have to do

try do a task manager.. do a ctrl+alt+delete at the same time on your keyboard then click "start task manager* check the processes and if you see a two aion.bin.. right click it both and you will see a end process.. after you do that try to run your launcher again

 

no it didnt work there is only 1 aion.bin but i read there "interactively" right from aion
it worked today but now it didnt work

if its important i have windows 8 !

Check the size of your Aion folder, excluding the $Patch$ folder, should be around 25/26 GB

 

Due to the limited amount of information provided, I'm going to deduce a few possibilities. Might be helpful if you check them all.

Defragment: There is a possibility of a hard disk problem if loading isn't getting passed the AION banner load stage. Defragmenting might help clear up the loading processes from disk drives. The first load of the game usually takes longer due to the way NCsoft packaged the files. However aging hardware could make the loading process way slower or even not at all.

Windows: Alternatively, could also be a Windows 8 problem, which bit version of windows OS are you using? 32bit or 64bit? Previously there have been problems with Aion not supported on 64bits. It did get patchded but it won't help to try load it in 32bit mode.

Anti-Virus: Check your anti-virus/malware program if you use one. A new update from your anti-virus could be blocking the game, even if it's unrelated to the loading process. Some Anti-Malware softwares could essentially block certain programs and would prevent your loading of the Aion client.
