    If you use another computer with a different IP(Aka different Net Cafe if that's the case, or another computer in another place) log in-game for a few minutes, log out and try to get the gift again

    Someone already got a gift using the same computer and IP.
    Someone already got a gift using the same computer.
    You already received your gift with that account

    There seems to be a problem with your client and/or network card.

    Please try the following:
    1.- Login to your account (in-game)
    2.- Stay logged in for a couple of minutes
    3.- Logout and try to get your gift again

    Someone already got a gift using the same IP.

    31th December, or 1st January

    when i cannot claim mine. i allowed my friend to log in his account on my personal computer and let him try,and he got 750. hmmm i regret it. i think gonna find a cafe to claim mine...

    wew my account was banned by this XMAS Gift ..........whats the matter of using 2 account in different race ....if you dont want to have a problem so please back the main aion that can create same race in 1 account...........

    what does this mean? I'm not playing on an Internet Cafe and I'm the only one playing Aion at home cause I don't allow anyone else use my pc..

    *EDIT*

    I voted a few minutes ago, and then checked my credits. It did show a 50 added toll, so I did click the winter event banner again for the gift and poof!! it became coco crunch! I got the gift :)

    Note: I was online in-game earlier for an hour or so.
