Hi! I recently had to install the Win7 all over again. My Aion files are located on my external hard drive, so it was no problem to create a shortcut of the gamezaion launcher on the desktop and play. However, the NCSoft Launcher that we use to update the game had to be reinstalled. The issue is it can't find the already installed on drive H game and it tries to install it all over again. Last time I had the launcher, the game and the gamezaion launcher all on drive C. I moved Aion and the gamez launcher on drive H and the NC launcher was able to find them and update aion on drive H. Is there anything I can do now? Or should I delete the game I have and do what I did before?

Yeah the NCsoft launcher was updated when NA hit 4.0, but follow these steps

    1. Install Aion
    2. When the NCsoft is about to "download the new client" close it
    3. Move/merge your old Aion folder with the one NCsoft created (go inside the Aion folder and move the all files and folders (Bin32, version.ini, etc)
    4. Run the NCsoft Launcher again and update

Thanks! So move the files from the old folder to the new one... That means it will transfer again onto drive C. Well, good enough! Thanks again!

Actually you can change the folder, while "installing" Aion using NCsoft's installer (this one), you can select the folder where your Aion client will be at
