    There seems to be a problem with your client and/or network card.

    Please try the following:
    1.- Login to your account (in-game)
    2.- Stay logged in for a couple of minutes
    3.- Logout and try to get your gift again

    Already did this and it did not work help please :sad:

    Hello i heave one big problem me and me gf play on gaamezaiion and is one big problem with voting ip allredy vote...if i vote she cant vote..if she vote i can't vote on site..please help we are from different citys with different computers and with different network ....i repet from different towns...and is same problem... Ip allredy vote...this problem is about 5 mounths ago we cant vote normaly....think on this isbtoo badd..very bad problem..if i vote first on me account... me girl frend need to w8 12 hours to vote on shes account if she vote on shes account i need to w8 12 hours to vote so we vote 1 time/day and she vote 1 time day...please do somthing to can vote normality again please ..5 mounths with this problem is very bad..we heave tryet to reinstal windows xp..7... To change browser...to delet cookis...if we create a new account to start from 0 iss styll dont workk to vote...i change network company and nothing..is a serriosly problem

    About event i take the gift on me account but when me gf login and wana take shis gift on shes account... Guess what.. Ip allredy take it..same problem like vote...and i repet differet citys diferet network differet ip differet computers ....plz do somthing about this
