    When i was told about the event, i was at my brother's house for the Holidays and when i tried to get my prize also it said someone from my IP already did it, meaning my brother, but i have my own network t home and tried it there 2 days later, it tell me the same thing, i also tried at my grandmothers house, it tell me the same thing, and she's 94 and doesn't play Aion, so im sure she did claim a prize, I even call my sister and asked her to try for me and each time it says that my account or IP already claimed.

    since this thread told me someone has used my IP to claim the free credits, yes i am aware of that. when i tried my account it wont add then when my friend tried on my PC it adds. then now i cannot use my IP to claim. so i find other PC/IP and still my account cant seem get the credits.

    I haven't receive any xmas gift, it says that I got it but my credits still same, I played @ home so there's no way someone got my gift with other account/pc. I hope I can get my xmas gift just like everyone else.

    My other account received the xmas gift which I claimed the gift at my office ip, but my main account didn't receive any :D.

    Hello i post on forum too i'm problem with ip allredy vote.. me and me gf heave this problem though we are from different cityes...diferent netowrk company different ip different home computers...this problem is about 5 mounths we can't vote normality...we allredy tried to reinstal windows xp..7... change network company.... change all...create a new account to start from 0 and still we can't vote... if i vote on me account me girl frend can't vote only after 12 hours on she account...if she vote i need to w8 12 hours to vote on me account..please do somthing i beging you we heave this problem about 5 mounths,....agoo.. you can check this please..and about the xmas gift i take on me account the gift ...750 credit ..but when me girl frend login on shes account and try to take the gift...apper next message ip allredy ussed.. and i take me gift from me home and she try to take from she;s town...personal computer... so is same problem about ip ... please do somthing is a very bad problem...5 mouths without votting normality.... is... :(( we jsut whana vote again normality please.. just this we whant..

    i am pretty sure that my brother did not vote on our pc since we didn't get home for a day (around 18hours or more) still he did not get any credits here on same ip address that i am currently using. Actually I tried 2 computers for this (1 was from a friend's house and the second one was here on our house) since I thought it was just some common server error that occurred and didn't follow up what was being done but he insisted on giving this report since he thought that 2.5k credits ( actually this popped up twice, thinking that we could get it by our 2nd trybut still nothing) would be such a waste so here i am. hoping that i could get a good response from you sir, thank you
