try this one.

1. Delete all your characters in the lumiel server.
2. Click the select server and choose reconnect.
3. Go login
4. After you login your acc. you will be choosing Ely or Asmodian (do not choose any insted you choose CANCEL)
5. You will be at the character selection and try to click the select server again.

i think this will work. it works with me. Goodluck guys!!

 

If you get disconnected while clicking the change server button, log in again, accept terms and agreement then in the character selection, select another character(not the one you just recently played), then try it again, go to character selection, click the change server button. If it still disconnects you, Log in 2 different characters before the event of clicking the change server button.

 

My account is not logging in

I can't log in right now. I was having terrible ping and lag right before I had problems. I ended up closing client because my ping was at around 4250 and I wasn't able to do anything. I tried to relog in but now it keeps saying password is incorrect.

I went to gamezaion website and I can login perfectly.

What do I do?



Can I get this fixed before my VIP runs out. I am trying to trade.

EDIT: I just tried to change password. I did email confirmation and tested on website, and I can login to the website but once again, I can't ingame.

 

4250 Ms (PING)? this may exceeds the time to login.

Likewise is a strange problem...

 

My internet is fine now. That is my speedtest even with me running youtube and downloading two files in the background.

Something is wrong with my account.

 

You havnt download or load the gamezaion launcher.

I never had problems logging in today.

I can log into my old hacked account but not the one I using now. The one that I have been making videos with my chanter.

 

make sure you have load the gamezaion launcher on the right place. look my log screen:

Mate. I am able to log into another gamezaion account. I can't with my main account.

1 hour and 21 minutes ago exactly. When I was having the internet issues. I logged off. restarted computer and router. and started client.

I logged off at 6:05 PM. Pacific Time

 

Did you try to login without ping reducer?

 

Yes. Twice. I restarted computer twice as well. I am currently logged into Gamezaion with low ping on a different account.




As you can see there, 90 ms.

 

It's obviously a database error of some sort. I had seen this happen a long time ago but completely forgot what the reason was, or its solution. I figure it has something to do with either the anti-DDoS or the host change on forums (somehow). I'd PM Lautaro with your account name(s) if I were you, see what he says. That, or hope he replies to the thread.

 

Yea. I just talked with Lautaro. He says he will look at it later. I just wish I can play right now because I want to trade my credits for a new set

What I did was change password to new password then back to old one.

Dear AMs/GMs,

I havnt played since 2-3days ago, now i cant connect to the server and what i is disconnected from server after pressing ok and before selecting the server or characters, i tried it with/without ping reducer and nothing changed, btw i used the launcher and it showed nothing about new update ( donno we had update or not )

so do you have any suggestion?
