Armor 4.0 available?

I'm new on Aion, I don"t know a lot about how to get last armors. But I wanted to know if all armors from this link :

Katalam’s leather models - Daeva's Report

were avalaible in this server? And if someone know a lot this game, can he tell me how to get them? (which instance to do, or if its a exclusive crafting armor etc...)

Katalam Model 1: Steel Rose
Katalam Model 2: Craftable, Tailoring
Katalam Model 3: Purchasable with Blood Marks (Combative only)
Katalam Model 4: Dye that one ^
Katalam Model 5: Purchasable with Ancient Coins
Katalam Model 6: Completing the Katalam Hero Quests
Katalam Model 7: Craftable (balic), but needs 2 mats that are only obtainable through forum events at the moment
Katalam Model 8: Craftable (balic) and drops off world bosses in Idian Depths
Katalam Model 9: Final craftable (balic) gear
Katalam Model 10: Danaur Sanctuary (Not working)
Katalam Model 11: Danuar Reliquary and Infinity Shard (Neither of those are working afaik)
Katalam Model 12: Read above
Katalam Model 13: Ambassador/Custodian Sets
Katalam Model 14: Governor sets

And the best armors at the moment are Governor Sets, only obtainable through the credit shop and trades
