Official XMAS Gift Event Report Thread closed?

so whats been up with this. i posted that i did not recieve my gift while the thread was open. its closed now. are there other people that didnt get their gift? i posted this

never recieved my gift or a response or a pm or anything? why not? was i supposed to get the gift? or did i do something wrong.
any information would be helpful and sorry to bring up an old thread but an answer would be nice XD.

 

So, why are you making a new thread?

If it was posted there, then it will be checked into. There are a volume of people who had issues and a slight back-log.
I'll talk with Lautaro shortly to see what progress is being made.

 

I am checking the accounts that couldn't get their gift and will soon let them know if they can receive it or not.

Yes, Ancient Coin's Sets, weapons, shields and headgears can be bought from the NPCs
