you can get HAC/ACD with medals now o.o?

 

For ACD yes via mithril medals, for HAC i dunnow.

 

HAC? Nope. Just ACD/EAC are obtainable.

 

Add custodian/amba and everything else heigher than ACD to that list, except the blue items that u can obtain with blood marks. Hac is not obtainable ingame so you can't buy it from npc even if u want.

P.S I have ceramium medals and I've tested it so I'm pretty sure about it, oh noes...

Many players can't afford Governor's Set cuz its too expensive duh, almost $200 for the whole set. I suggest EAC/ACD gears its not bad enough :3

The original question excludes the sets you mentioned by default since what the best sets next to these are was asked.

The reason why HAC sets are not obtainable in-game is because they don't exist in retail either, NPC's were never implemented

It was supposed to work like upgrading ACD items to HAC, or just buying HAC off the NPC, at least that's what the items.pak says

1 ACD Weapon + 104 Honorable Mithril Medals = 1 HAC Weapon
6,494,256 AP + 156 Honorable Mithril Medals = 1 HAC Weapon

But yeah, NCsoft never implemented those NPCs

The question has been answered i suppose. Just one last thing. A lot of people think that ambassador is a lot better than HAC, and that HAC is a lot better than ACD and that ACD is a lot better than EAC. Basically, they are wrong. There is only 1 standard, which is the governor gear, it is the best, period. The difference between governor and anything else is pretty much ridiculously huge. After that, we have 4 equal sets, ambassador, hac, acd, eac, with minimal differences between each other, as it scales each set gets a little bit better. But the reality is, eac can easily be compared to ambassador. And HAC actually seems to be a little bit better than ambassador. So to sum it up for you, get an eac or acd set for starters because they are cheap and people underestimate them, afterwards jump on the governor wagon because anything else isnt really going to be an upgrade. I hope im understood, and i hope that everyone who's trying to get geared can read this message. Im tired of those fools who think that ambassador is 10 times better than eac or 2 times better than HAC (market prices yo).
