I heard, they are replacing/refunding it. Sent a screenshot to one of the AMs 3 days ago. I hope they could do something. Time and date is visible so i guess, I have nothing to worry about. Happy New Year to you too Sir!

 

I reminder to never get anything form the store that has a counter for expiration. Even if its not intended to, should be obvious.

 

it was obviously not just for remodels since it was 3k VIP creds. Besides, the expiration "note" was not visible when you click the item.

 

Well, can I write to you... I've never had this types of issues since all my time here. You always check info before spending the bucks.

That's the problem, the expiration date was missing from the "info" and doesn't appear on database sites.

Yes, you can see you credits in home page, but in game does not... Carl are still working on that and other problems.

 

So are we ever going to receive the wings or 3k credit refund....? Been silent for quite a bit now

 

Sorry there is nothing we can do at this time for these wings. You could have had a screenshot as proof of ownership of the wings or we could look at the your purchase history. But due to the ability of Trading. A refund cannot be done. Its not my decision. It is what I am told.

Can't check purchase history if they got it from the ingame shop. Why wouldn't it be possible "due to the ability of trading", if someone got the wings by trading he should get a refund too. They gave items worth 3k for those wings, seems only fair to give them what they traded for. Yes it's not your decision, and yes YOU can't do anything about it, it just seems like an odd reason not to give refunds (if that ever happens) to the people who didn't directly purchase them.

 

He meant taking a screenshot and then trading them to other people, that's why.

 

Yeah exactly, you trade the wings, get whatever you wanted out of the trade and the person who gave the stuff in question now has neither that stuff, nor the wings.

 

But how you know he didnt trade the wings too? Its an end less cycle.

 

Possible, tho i have a friend who took the screenshot 1second before the expiration, can't trade that for sure..
