"Mneseus" NPC missing

I started crafting, got all designs but I miss Fine Master design which is sold by Mneseus, I tried "/where Mneseus", it gives nothing, like I haven't typed anything at all. I've been to his location which is shown here: Mneseus - Aion Database 4.5 and he's not there. Please GMs take care of it.

P.S. if I missed thread and this thread should be in bugs, please move it there.

This. While the camp belongs to the Asmodians, the NPC Franda will be spawned instead.

 

Maybe, but just maybe, I killed all these mobs in camp several times and nothing happened except spawning them again....Oh wait I did that.

And by the way, maybe you should check by yourself before you make a stupid comment like that.

Franda is not there either. Also, Franda is actually NPC that I require to be there since I got asmo char however, since both Franda and Mneseus are missing, title of the thread is partially good and problem could be with camp conquering because I conquered several camps already and all worked fine but on this one monsters just respawn instead of NPCs of faction that conquered the camp.

 

It's possible that the camp is bugged though I've got no information on it. If the "big boss" doesn't spawn even after all the mobs have been killed several times, contact a Senior/HeadAM in-game and let them know of the bug as well as kindly asking them to spawn the NPCs.

 

I told one AM (Name starts with "M", can't remember it at the moment) that NPC is missing and he just said ok, or something like that. And since then no GMs were online.
