Antizerg solution.

    Hey!

    I have some suggestion for antizerg... :)

    1. If "A-B-C-D-E-F" (or more) players hit "G" player and the "G" player die, the "A-F" players get soul sicknes..

    or

    2. If "A-B-C-D-E-F" (or more) players hit "G" player and the "G" player die, the "A-F" players lose AP or credit or kinah or etc..

    or

    3. If "A-B-C-D-E-F" (or more) players hit "G" player and the "G" player die, spawn 5-6 legendary mobs and kilL "A-F" players or autokill... :)

    Generally speaking, nobody likes fighting zergs all day. Unfortunately its not a solution to punish other players for a type of playstyle. Not to mention this could be used for griefing, or just accidental punishment. Imagine Player A sees a player, and attacks, on their own. Then B-F decide to jump into the fray because they want AP (or they want Player A dead), hey guess what, Player A dies for something they didn't approve of.

    Its easy to say "hey, I hate zerging so lets make a system to instakill them!" but thats not how it should actually work, it'd get more people to quit than anything.

    Generally speaking, yes when we are talking about normal people. But when im trying to do sauro and i have an asmo/elyos zerg camping the safe zone for an entire hour (while there are barely 5 elyos/asmo in that safe zone, 3 of which are my own toons) then im starting to suspect that "nobody likes fighting zergs all day" doesnt apply on braindead idiots.

    In actuality ZERGING or ZERGS occur when people can't hold their own in many ways: PvP experience, Gear(not on par with everyone else), Legion PvP, PvP with friends and so on.

    The way it seems like Gamez is going, zerging will never end, and a solution to that is, have everyone in almost the same gear as each other (more people will solo) or create some sort of arena(e.g battleground) where people can join and fight 1v1, 1v1v1, 3v3, 5v5, 3v3v3, 5v5v5, etc etc. the numbers can go on

    NO Coliseum is not the same. Coliseum is an option...Yes, but there is a time limit on how many coliseums arenas you can do a day because 1) tickets 2) in-game time system.

    This man gets it. If a system where wins gives points and loses removes points, a ladder of most geared at the top and least geared at the bottom can be formed. Please give us this oh gracious lords of gamez.

    It's not that hard to see... especially when Gamez is a very populated Private Server. Not everyone donates, not everyone has the same PvP experience.. which in result, leaves people no option but to follow the people who do, hence, the creation of a Zerg.

    What if it was a siege and player G was simply caught out of position?

    There is no known mechanised solution for zergs. We could punish zergers manually but that's not going to happen. That very idea of yours has been discussed countless times and the outcome was always the same. Which is why I'm closing this thread.
