Time travel

Well yeah I know that there wouldn't literally be paradoxes, just possibly a lot of different paths reality could take.

Also while your situation would work in that case, it'd age the person traveling, I'm thinking of instantaneous travel. Though I was also adding an incorrect variable in. I was considering what it would be like if you had been in the timeline, but would it even be recognized? Yeah you'd still continue a life after you exit time travel, but if you time traveled into the future before any of that happened, would the reality you enter even contain your life and actions or would you just be gone?

Time travel is fascinating and yet there's so many variables that its hard to even grasp it.

If time is a big stream as Einstein suggested, any change you do onward will result in a different timeline, where the events you make or change are valid only for that timeline.

String theory suggest that every situation present to an individual, will have multiple choices for an outcome. It suggest that due to our limit of our point of view, what we choose becomes what we see and experience, but every possible choice for that event happened at the same time, but we cannot see it, each and every of those possible choices becomes a parallel reality. The result becomes irrelevant from your point of view its still the present that before was the future, and is becoming the past. Think of it as throwing a dice, you only see one face, but in fact all the faces of the dice are visible and all happened at the same time, but not for you.

So its no problem at all unless you wish to return, that is where my PDA comes in very handy.

In all, the time traveler is the only one that can see the different changes due to his actions by traveling to the future, since its a parallel timeline only the traveler will be aware of that, because his point of view allows him to see more than one timeline, the one he was before and the one he is now. But for everyone inside that timeline, reality is only that. For them there are no changes, if time travel were to be instantaneous.
