Invisible body

Right, so I finished the download, applied the downgrade as instructed and as I logged in, no problems there either but as soon as I hit the character page.

Heads.

Faces.

No bodies, except for one single character, a level 2 warrior and another where only the feet were missing.

I did find a few threads with the same issue and I did try to repair, add the item.pak but nothing worked.

So what is this?

Am I doing something wrong?

 

Either you did not complete the download, which would be strange as you repaired your game.
Either you're using asmos skins on elys or elys on asmos. Have you used any defeated archon remodels, or something like it?
Either there's a loading period ingame, but i never heard of it.
Either i have no idea what's happening, i think you're cursed.

Well, I followed the guide and I've installed this game over a hundred times and I know what to do, but this is just weird.

I feel beyond cursed. x.x

What's the size of your aion/objects folder?

 

Maybe you forgot to put or install the Gamezaion 4.0 Item.pak?

 

About 26gb.

 

He meant the Objects folder alone, the one inside Aion [Aion\Objects]

The size should be around 13.4 GB, if it's not delete the $Patch$ folder inside the Aion main folder, run the NCsoft launcher, and hit on File Repair

 

It's exactly 13.4GB.
