    @OP: For some reasons i cant see the image, but i guess you cant find a teleporter npc. Probably bcs he got killed by other faction. Or hiding somewhere around.
    Try //where npcname, if it doesnt help just pm any online staff in forum. There are so many colored names in forum but i barely see online AM in siel lately :<

    This is a known bug occurring to Balaurean outposts and currently only a server restart fixes it. You can still contact a GM in-game to assist you (a teleport maybe?)
