A letter to Gm's (lost kinah issue)

Pleasant morning/afternoon/evening/night to you all sir/ma'am.

I want to report something to you which really made me cry about what just happened to me today.. Before that happened i have 23b kinah (exactly 23,353,156,823 kinah) and have a big deal with a player named Siegfriedl with the help of my legionmate "Everflow" from illusionist made a deal with me to give 15b from the buyer of the bow. I have rumors on other players about "the vanishing kinah issue" (when your kinah is too high but i dont know the exact idea about the kinah limit) so everytime i have a deal with others i always get a screenshot the reason i am afraid my kinah will lost. ( i spent a hard time of crafting and selling items on my asmodian character crafter "Asmirandah") these are my last screenshots before my kinah became to the exact value of "100" kinah
I hope this screenshots will help to repair what just happened on my character's kinah. i can't forget how hard i spent my time saving my kinah just to buy my dreamed "abg bow" (sorry i just shared what i am feeling right now) i feel very very sad about what i saw after i got online and saw this on my inventory..
after "Everflow" helped me and act as a mediator to us (Siegfriedl and me) and traded me 15m from a transaction (i have exactly 23,353,156,823 before my kinah became exactly "100") total kinah before my kinah drops to "100":
38,353,156,808 (23,353,156,823 + 14,999,999,985) thank you sir for spending your time reading my report about what happened to me and i just felt very sad made me cry from what happened to all my sufferings from farming/buying/selling/crafting and now all gone.
i am here to ask for your help as a GM to please fix what happened on my character's kinah. i can give you more screenshots for further investigation on my account just tell me sir if needed.

last kinah before the bug: 38,353,156,808

Wishing that my kinah will return soon to normal and i just wanna thank you guys how hard you try giving your efforts helping us all players in game and i gave my deepest respect to you all. Thank you for your kindness sir.

well, there is a post of this issue. And it says that the max kinah you can have on your char is 30 bilion kinahs.

She is a fair and square player! I can assure u, she crafts a lot and spend ours gethering to make that money.

She deserves her money back.

 

Well, over 30 bil isn't the problem. Its a bug according to this thread: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php?t=15661&highlight=lost+kinah. I lost 999,999,999 and 200mil again today. Just starting out and the # isn't so big but there isn't much I can. Was going to report but found out that it is a server's bug.

Yeah they shouldn't have made the cap 30b kinah, i'm sure it depressed a lot of players who put months if not years into acquiring such large amounts(excluding the hackers/cheaters)
They should refund your money most definitely.

 

i think once bug is fixed your kinah will reappear. if not just be patient and admin will fix.

 

still... no help from a gm/admin about this topic.. i am near to lose hope.. ='(

the warehouse is still having bugs too... my friend deposited 999m x 2 into warehouse and logged out. next day when he came back, the kinah was gone.

poor him, no SS was captured... 2b just went *poof*... worse of all, happened amidst all the drama amongst the admins... even if he were to pray to god, no one would be able to help recover the lost kinah...

sad.... all the hard earned kinah...
