Transfer

Hi,
Is it possible to transfer a character from a French server to this one ?

We got 2 servers.. Lumiel and Siel. You can transfer between them.

Having your game in a different language won't matter as long as you have our servers in the list

As far as I got your question, you are playing on a French server with a different client, that means if you wanna play on Gamez you need our client and that means you can't transfer your toons like that either. If you play Gamez, we offer you 2 different server, Lumiel and Siel, where you can transfer your toons. I hope you got my point~

 

Well. I think he refers to something that some servers do. They create you the same toon you had on another server, providing you give proofs and ofc credits.

To answer: no this is not available on gamez

and in french:

salut, le transfert de personnage depuis un autre serveur n'est pas disponible sur Gamez. Néanmoins, tu peux transférer des persos d'un serveur gamez vers un autre serveur gamez. Par exemple siel vers lumiel.
