"With the new 4.5 update there will be new Armor and Weapons available only to Star Officers and higher, but with some restrictions.

• For 1-Star Officer and higher only the Jacket and shoes.
• For 2-Star Officer and higher the Shoulders and Weapons will be available.
• For 3-Star Officer and higher the Gloves and Shield will be available.
• For 4-Star Officer and higher the Pants and Weapons will be available.

The armor has Augment stats and also set stats, but to get all the armor you will need to be 4-Star Officer and higher. There area two sets for each type of armor, to get a look at the stats and some pictures look at this page: http://www.heavensreapers.com/aion/4-5-news/pvp-items/ ."

so as you may have understood, there will be new pvp items in 4.5 but those sets won't be better than governor sets; and i'm not sure if gamez will make those available.

Bad gm there's also a new pvp set, the unicorn garbage that people were linking a few weeks ago is that one.

Relax it's barely better than shepherd and very far from governor.
