Aion error E02018 is an error with respect to internet connection probably on packet transfer of data.. download speed usually experienced by users having slow internet speeds.. the problems fault is at ncsoft new launcher setup which is very sensitive to packet loss data.. just a small packet loss data would lead to E02018.. there are no remedies to those experiencing it.. u can only just find another internet connection that is fast and stable.. probably with a 1mbps speed and above.. or in my case i used my phone's internet (sad thing it got a max cap of 1gb per day sh3t!) And my problem is solved..

It is very common error for slow connections.
I suggest leaving it download overnight and make sure no 1 else will be connected to your internet during the download.
The best way to download a game update is always before the server updates cause a lot of people are going to download it in the same time and that may cause problems.
The way to do it is to run the aion 4.0 form a flash USB
And install the 4.5 on your system on the same time.
That way you don't have to wait until the last day.

 

Just buy a stick 32gb if u got a low speed and download the game from an internet cof. Best way instead of downloading 2 days.the weird thing is that after u will go in bed u will get a new error

 

Haven experience anything yet till now, but after complete the patch download, do we need to use Item Pack again to make item tradeable ?

-one delet your folder
-afer uninstal game from control panel

with these two steps will take less the uninstalul pro k1d

 

Do what the launcher says and restart it

 

BTW, how much space needed for the whole game?

 

26.6~27 GB after installation and everything, you can delete the $Patch$ folder, BUT just after FULLY updating the client
