Returning player, account issues

Hi all, returning player here. I see that we are updating to 4.5 so excited for that, but I'm having account issues. I tried logging into my old account & it told me the account was unverified & may be deleted! I used to donate a lot so I had quite a few good items there, hoping it is not gone forever. Any help from staff?

 

if youre inactive in 7 months and above, then your account must be deleted.

 

Aww man that's a shame. It has definitely been more than 7 months - is there any way to verify the stuff I bought through donations & get it back?

 

A character name would be of help so I can verify if your account is deleted or not.

Darn it. Oh well the wife & I will be playing together so maybe starting from scratch at the same time is the best.

You cant get it back.. but if ur playing way too long ago.. your gears are probably outdated.. and since this coming 4.5 bloodmarks are unlocked it will probably be better than ur gears

 

have u tried to log on your account from the official website?
and are you voting for the last 7months?

if not.... I'm afraid your chars are with the "Maker"^_^v

 

That's true. It's probably been almost 2 years or more lol! I just had some really useful things like wings & extendable weapons that I had collected. But it's okay,now we will just wait for the patch like everyone else!
