HELP! Cannot log in

So I haven't played Gamez Aion in almost a year now, and I decided I want to play it again.
I updated the client and gamez aion launcher just last night and when I start the game, I enter correctly
my username and password but after I click "OK" nothing happens. It's just standing there doing nothing...

Can anybody help me with this? Am I doing something wrong?

 

Your account probably deleted due to inactivity. Most accounts are deleted after 6 months of inactivity.

Account deleted. You may create a new one, levelling and gearing up is so easy

 

You should get a message saying Incorrect password or username if your account doesn't exist anymore, try to log-in on the website to check your characters and stuff, if it's there then it's a client issue, would help to know for sure xd

 

Yea I can login through web and I can see my inventory and my characters, but still can't login in-game. Can any of the admins fix this or tell me why is this happening?

 

Check the Version.ini file inside your aion folder and paste here whatever is inside of it

i'm is like that problem sir. when i log in my account in game it say's username and password do not match. what should i do sir? and when i log in in website its fine. i can login in website. please help me sir

 

Oh and I forgot to mention, when I try to login the first time, it says "You are already logged in. (7)", and when I try again, then it proceeds me to Accept the terms of use and after that it just stays and does nothing...

 

Not that file, Aion\Version.ini, and by the sound of it all, seems like you don't have the full client installed

Change the password to one without special characters, use only normal ones (0~9, A~Z, a~z)
