As far as I know, the Transfer System is fine. Failure will be due to some instructions failed to be followed by the player like inventory's content, leaving the legion, items left in the broker, undeleted mails and so on..@Thread;Forwarding this now to the higher staffs to have your credits refunded so you can give it a try again.

 

I did what they asked on the website as out of the legion, no longer than 7 characters among others and the only message that appears is You have an active player transfer!

Inventory has over 5 empty slots
Wharehouse over 5 empty slot
I have no items in broker trade

Post here that you're still waiting for a transfer and you have 45+ h waiting. a SAM can give support to you so dont bother to a HGM or ADMIN.

Its called ''Hard stuck'' by guille, you should do an un-stuck request from the website and wait for a server restart.

I dont know of a schedule restart but usually we get a restart when server crashes or everyone sees extreme lag.
