Need Help

Hello Guys, I uninstalled and deleted Aion then I reinstalled it, And everytime I click the Aion retail it says "Could not connect to update server. Please restart the launcher. If this problem persists, please contact Customer Support" Also, I downloaded the new Gamez Launcher and installed it in the Aion folder, And everytime I open it, it says "Please reinstall GamezAion with the correct path, Aion.bin not found!" Please help me, thanks in advance.

 

Place your Gamezaion Launcher in your Aion folder. Try to launch Gamezaion again.

 

Also run the GamezLauncher as administrator.

 

Or change your UAC settings to allow all changes without question

 

Or that.

I placed the launcher in the Aion Folder, still it's not working. I tried to run it as Administrator this message still pops up "Please reinstall GamezAion with the correct path, Aion.bin not found!"

 

Try to uninstall or remove the Aion . go to "Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs" and find the Aion there and Remove or uninstall it. then try to run again the Gamez Launcher

 

Okay Sir, I'll try it tomorrow and does it update when I delete the Aion Retail? Thanks for the response.

Are you using any Firewall/Antivirus that would block the internet access to the NCsoft launcher?

As for the Gamez Aion launcher not finding aion.bin, it's because you either haven't installed Aion at all (missing files????), or you installed the Gamez Aion launcher in the wrong folder, could help knowing which one it is
