Looking for some help plz

I need to know if there is a way to recover a deleted char, My account had 6 Elyos and 2 Asmon, after updating to 4.5 yesterday I tried to delete my Asmos Heaaler to make for a new char, so i transfer all my gear from my Asmos Healer to my Asmos Templar, then try to delete the healer typed in Confirm Delete and nothing happen, so i restarted the game and tryed again but still wasnt able to delete the char. Becasue i wasnt able to delete that char i go back into the game transfer all the gear and items for boh chars back to the healer and restarted pres delete on the templar type Confirm Delete and the coundown for deletion started, I exit the game and took offer for work figuring i'll make new char when i get home, i logged in and both chars are now deleted with all my items, so I ask is there a way to ge all this stuff back?

I do hope you get your things back, though I can not say if they will be able to give them to you. I'd advise you to contact Deathangel, our HGM. He would be able to give you more info on the subject and perhaps assist you.

Wouldn't you at least consider the fact that if anything it could be a server bug? Which it most likely is. As if he has any fault that the system is broken. Why does he have to suffer cuz of server bugs? Easiest way to lose population and players. You should at least ask Ari about it and let him contact the poor guy so he can take a look at his account.

To me it does sound like a server bug however it simply did not display the character deletion notice. Then again deleted character's items recovery would require database access which brings us back to Alente and Carl. We'll see anyway.
