    Where I can find those Matherials. After 4.5 Update i cant find em in the NPC vendor at Broken Cliff Camp.

    its stated from SAM GUILLE the npc of that item is in retail like but as he said further that they will find what they can do for it..
    im also looking for it for my crafting...

    Supposedly, NPCs from Broken Cliff Camp, Katalam. But the NPCs are sort of bugged and not selling this fragment at the moment.

    Same, you guys maybe haven't time to fix DDL polearm bug or other, but spawn just an npc or something who sell idella material ..

    I already submitted this Problem directly to an AM. Is a Known issue Awaiting to be fixed.

    Answer i got : "Is not that easy Adding an item to a NPC or making a NPC with the item."
    Wich is 100% True.
    Guess we gotta win Forum events to get a bunch of em at the moment while the problem is fixed.

    By the way. This issue also happened in Retail. Seems that the Item and the npc got bugged not just in Gamez. Seems that it got messed up at the 4.0 - 4.5.

    Stay calm and wait for a soon solution.
