I'm new on siel server and I'm a little confused. Haven't played since 2.7 and I have problems to "fit" in this game after a long pause.

Anyway I would like to ask you what to do after u up to 65 lvl- how to start and on what I should focus on.
Any advices ?
(BTW I know that this server is donate-to-win(play) but I would know is there any option to get gear in-game? )

gear up and pvp..

 

Blood Marks are your friend. You can get full 7 piece acc in a weeks time that is only slightly less that Shepard, maybe two weeks, if you do all the weekly quests in Danaria and Katalam. You can also get armor and weapons. No need for Shepard acc or gear from store. I suspect they'll release some better gear in store in future. Good luck!

 

PVP gear available in game now is with Bloodmarks in Katalam, that is similar to Archon Commander, which should be available with mithril medals and AP as well.

Also as of now, all the instances in Idean Depts and 4.5, theoretically are working and dropping.

Blood Marks are mostly PVE thingy, so shouldn't be that complicated to gear on your own.

The high tier pvp items are only available via credit shop, which are obtainable via voting religiously or deploying the mighty credit card.

As a custom system, Gamez implemented a series of Battlegrounds, which some give credits as rewards, but require credits for entering the event, like a poker game. Though is not advisable for undergeared people, because opponents are mostly veterans.

And then, this is a PVP server, and that is what your attention should be focused on.

Start by making some friends

 

The server is not pay-to-win.

Once you get to level 65, I suggest that you farm bloodmarks and get the full set/accessories/weapon(s) you need. This will take a while, unless you have 8 characters. So I suggest that you level up 8 characters, and farm them as fast as possible.

Meanwhile, learn the new skills, level up your professions if you have not already, farm the necessities (manastones for gear, mats for scrolls/pots, and enchants for the gear).
