Reuse time for scrolls 5 seconds from 15 seconds now?

Hello!!...It will be a good ideea to lower the reuse time for scroll like running,attack speed,casting speed ecc...from 15 seconds how is it now to 5 seconds???Tell you oppinion here thank you

I do not think that mechanic need changing. IMO.

 

only thing we are still waiting for is redux of the enchantment time... since it's still annoying as sheet xD

let him rest in peace:d ...just think how much is now if you go for example in ssb at last boss and you need to wait triple time to buff youu all that scrolls and food 15+15+15+15sec...till you push last scroll...the first one will lose half of...will be very nice if we wait just 5seconds to push a scroll not 15...5+5+5+5sec will be better......

ye with all that events on all people play sms...that char is out of this game should be pasted in other game not in aion cuze is designed by start to be op....same for aetertechs...aetertech must be pasted in shooters game not in a rpg game...but that nc soft devs do it again...5 sec will be great also even 10 sec will be awsome then 15 sec...
