cant log in to the server

    i cant log in to the it says cannot connect to the server plz help me..i played a couple of hours but when i got dc i cant connect plz help me!!!!!plz!!!!!!!!!

    Reinstall the game aion launcher then run the launcher as administrator and tell me if that helps or not.

    im having the problem again since i used a what the fast this time its error again it says cant connect to the server..ill give screen shots till i log in..sec. plz for the screnn shots

    i already un-install the what the fast and try a 3x but the same problem i already download the launcher but nothing happen...

    So what is the solution?
    I download WTFast to try it but after that i cant log in anymore. Already removed WTFast but still cant log in.

    Check if any WTFast service is running on the background

    Type "msconfig" on windows start, (or press Windows Key +R and type "msconfig" in the box, then press enter), and check the services and startup items, disable WTFast items if there's any, click OK, restart the PC and try again, if that doesn't work try using another ping reducer such as Battleping JUST to connect the first time, your account could be still connected due to WTFast's bug (stuck-connected), so with Battleping what you would do is unstuck it. Once you get to the character selection screen you can close the client and play without any ping reducer, that happened to me and this is how I fixed it
