Problem with old character's skills

So i was playing gamez aion quite some time ago and had an assassin which was at the max lvl back then(i think it was lvl55). I don't know why but when i logged in my account he was lvl 62 and all of the skills from lvl 55 to my current lvl were not acquired. I thought that if i level up i will get them but now i am lvl 65 and i got some of them but not all. Do you know of a way that i can fix this problem because i really don't want to start a new assassin as i have a lot of memories with this one
