character stucks

hello i have one character stuck and i don't know where
in my account i have 4 characters and everytime i want use one i have a 'send log client'
i sent a player unstuck request on the web site yesterday but nothing today yet
i try the solution give on the forum by using ".fix" with an other character and i had the message "charcter name was fixed" but when i restart the game i have the same send log message every time i try to select this character specificaly and not the others:surprised:

That means this specific character got "hard-stuck", you have to wait till another server restart which should solve it and unstuck your toon. Can you still log normally on your other toons?

try to type .bg go and enter

 

Apply for the unstuck request again for that character. Do not log onto that character anymore until the next server restart. Hopefully it'll get unstuck when the server restarts.

 

That ports your character to Sanctum/Pandaemoniun, what does that have to do with stuck characters if you can't even log-in with them?

Server restarts happen mostly when the server crashes, for maintenance or an update, it's not scheduled, just wait

 

i am waiting and made 2 other player unstuck request who was send correctly but alway nothing
i retry today the '.fix Character' and i have the message in game : 'Character' is fixed then i go to the character selection screen and my toon appear nude like it will be, but when i select him i have the send log message and i was disconnected from the server and it is just with this toon
what can i do? plz help tks

 

Resubmit the unstuck request and don't touch that character. If the .fix command didn't work then it'll need to be unstuck when server restarts.

 

Well basically dude no matter how many times you send the unstuck request it won't help nor fix the problem instantly. You gotta wait for a server restart. None of the AMs can do anything about it since it's beyond an in-game issue. Just be patient and everything will be back to normal once server restarts. Good luck and have fun til then.

 

Were the characters bound to Garren Forest camp in Katalam?

If not and the character unstuck request didn't help, then your character is hard stuck, which means you need to wait for a server restart.

If that does not help, then you have a client problem.

 

We have already mentioned that once you send an unstuck request you should NOT login to your character until the server is restarted. That might take a few hours, that might take a few days. I personally sent an unstuck request on my character who got bugged 2 days ago and she's still bugged.

If you send an unstuck request and then try the .fix command and login to the character to see if it works you basically reset the unstuck request. Send one and be patient until there's a server restart, and stop checking it every hour to see if it's fixed yet.

yesterday night the server was down (siel and lumiel lol) so i think it will have a restart serveur to update and unstuck character and may be i can use again my character
but nothing!!! my character is still, again and alway stuck ! I send an other player unstuck request (again)
plz what's appening
why when you restart server the unstuck players don't work
always and again send log and crash when i try to use this character only (always no problem with the 3 others)
