Problem with shops

Hi,
I can't buy anything from shops. I mean these with e.g weapon or stigmas. There are empty simply.
Someone knows what to do?

I linked some seconds after Dimitra the Guide, thats why i changed it than to " follow the link"

 

Please explain to me where he said "do what he said". From what I saw he never said that. What he said was "follow the link from Dimitra". Which is what he changed his post to after Dimitra ninjaed him, while he was making his post with the link that would help. He was making a helpful post to a serious problem.
