    That's not exactly true, actually. Last I checked, every time you log in (limit is once every 24 hours) you get an additional 1k views, so if you visit the page daily you get extra views. That's the first option, the second option would be to pay the fee. It's like 12 bucks for a year or something ridiculous like that, so I don't mind paying =P

    If you pay, your views are frozen until your subscription runs out. This also means the 1k views per login thingy gets disabled until after your subscription is done.
