    Woc2 is usable but not available for purchase. The special shop is only Available at certain times. Usually during a major game event such as Christmas or Halloween.

    They are for a fact the best wings in-game, and it's because they are test items made by NCsoft (Or NCplay but whateva) and no, they are talking about they are not being sold in the credit shop, the wings players own haven't been touched
