Last time I donated it probably took around an hour to an hour and a half to receive my credits. Not sure how long you have been waiting but I'd say wait little longer and if you still have the problem then post here again.

Well, the first time you do the purchase, the providers of the methods gamezaion uses need to investigate your purchases. Once the investigation is complete, they will release the funds to gamezaion and you will get your credits. After the first investigation and you dont use a different computer or IP to make another donation, all other transactions will take only a few seconds.

 

i have donated before with this same ip but i called paypal and my money is on hold because ive been spending to much but it should go thought soon i am guessing

 

Just take a screen shot proof that the purchase is from you by SS your purchase on your bank page. Then send it to the provider Payment wall or rewards. Thats what I do and it usually speeds things up.

To whoever services you used. Paymentwall or the other one. Send it to their support and say you made a purchase and you want to speed up the process.
