does parry really helps on glads..some arbiter users have more than 3k accuracy... if im having 3.3k parry using those 2 parry buffs of a glad then i think its not worth it unlike blocks of a temp using shields......

 

You won't know the beauty of a Gladiator having around 3.7k accuracy unless you try it. Worth.

Let's just say they stumble you a lot and I mean a lot.

I'm not sure how Parry reacts to Accuracy though. I never tried a Parry build. I just know that people with really high accuracy and around 950 - 1k crit can stumble the shit out of you in every few hits.

 

im thinking of getting Arbiter plate but as what u hav said that even with my parry set against those class with 3.7 accuracy it will be worthless
im very confused now.. >.<

go for offensive built such as atk/crit, crit/acc...parry doesnt help much in pvp

 

Yeah if I were you I wouldn't make a parry set. Many glads these days go full crit/acc or acc and plus parry won't help you at all vs most classes.

so..no need to buy the arbiter set..coz i hav my principal plate set already with offensive build..is that enough?

 

Accuracy does not increase stumble chance. Stumbles are most likely to occur from a crit hit.

 

now im really confused XD ...........does accu helps on ur critical hits? can u crit hit anyone with more accu and less crit or more crit but lesser accu >.<

 

Accuracy = counters Evasion/Parry/Block. As long as your accuracy is higher than the enemies' stats then it is a guarantee hit.

Critical Strike = counters Strike Resist. The higher crit you have, the more likely your physical attacks is going to critical.

You can still land a crit hit while having it blocked/parried. It'll just be reduced damage.

 

Parry is kinda useless now (and by now, i mean 4.0 cause idk about 4,5), but it was great pre- 2.1

 

About 2700 to 2800 parry no stones added. Hope that answers ur question.

Glads are never ment for tanking. They can't tank as well as templars do so it's pointless to even try a defence build like parry. Yeah u can parry some hits but it will not help u in the long run.

if you want to survive longer HP build does a better job than parry. then again i wouldn't suggest going defensive builds. up to you

 

All most glads socket is Crit/Accuracy. And a little bit of MA so their magicals can land. At least my magicals.
If you start with full Arbiter I say leave Parry as it is and focus on a mix of Crit Strike and Accuracy.

 

k tnx! now ima use my principal plate set for my glad and temp..coz it has those stones in it...how much accu do i need in glad using gov set and ddl spear fused with hac spear.....i dnt hav ddl gs >.<
