    i already did .fix "character name" already naked in character selection but it still there in that place.

    If you already did the .fix and that didn't work, continue on to the other solution given in that quote, which is to put in a Player Unstuck Request.

    Do what people have mentioned (3 times already) and send in an unstuck request. And it is advised not to login on the stuck character until the unstuck is completed.
