No game server is available to the authorization server. (6)

I keep getting this error when ever I try to connect to a server. I've downloaded the 4.5 files and the DLL file. any help?

 

Run your gamezlauncher as Administrator. Then update.

 

already did that.

 

Go to your Aion/bin32 folder and delete d3d8thk.dll file. Run the launcher as admin then update it.

Uh, That's the only way i know, we need the mighty Guilleh to appear lol. Btw, after you deleted the d3d8thk.dll file, did the launcher asked you to update? Or try reinstalling the GamezAion launcher

 

- Delete your "Bin32" folder
- "Repair" your client.
- Get the "Item.pak" for Gamez and be sure to read the instructions. (Search for it in the forums)
- Download the GamezAion Launcher on the website.
- Install it
- Launch "Gamez Aion Launcher" click UPDATE if it tells you to and wait for it to finish.
- Run the game.

 

Hi, take a look @ your antivir & firewall. If you know how, add Aion in the exception list " Antivir & Firewall " Than try again. If its still not working, something is blocking your connection. Take a look at your router or moden, whatever you use. Than give us a feedback & we look again into this

​1. Check your firewall. Make sure that Aion is allowed access because in more than 50 % cases, this is the issue. To allow Aion to access the internet, put an exception for the game. Also make sure the Launcher has access to the internet.

2. Check your anti-virus. It may be blocking Aion in the same way as your firewall. Make sure to add an exception for Aion. Also make sure the Launcher isn't being blocked.


3. Try using the .bat file. Here you can find the .bat file >>> download <<< And make sure to put d3d8thk.dll in your bin32 folder! Otherwise you'll just get a new error.

"wrong call for updater" im getting this error when i start updater

 

Can you please create two screenshots, one where i can see the error message, and in the other screenshot the .exe u started. Thanks =)

*edit: i checked the error looks like you are tryin to start "updater.exe" to update Aion for GamezAion, use the "GamezAion.exe" & there you press on update, you can see this only if your client needs to update.

 

Your Aion folder looks ... empty xD

look at my aion folder ... and you see a big difference. Make sure you are in the right folder, if you are start the NCsoft launcher and let it download the game ...
