i dont see any shield on this link
but its Hyperion or Modor looks (d set)
u can get it by finishing Infinity Shard (for Hyperions) or Danuar Reliquary (for Modors) instances

btw that set is leather

 

I guess you are looking for this shield as your link shows the Hyperion/Modor Set and not the shield itself:



And as Tengenemoo said, you can get this shield via Infinity Shard and Danaur Reliquary. Both drops are mythic (purple) items and possible to get.

The Hyperion weapons drop from Hyperion in Infinity Shard, and the Modor ones drop from Enraged Queen Modor from Danuar Reliquary~

 

if u are jst looking for a remodel for armor i suggest u to just do Danuar Reliquary
if weap/shield, Infinity Shard
both instance are located @ Idian Depths, DR on north part, IS on south
these instances are really easy if you got a group that is experienced and well geared u can finish it easily

The entrance is at the bottom middle of Idian Depths, but you will need many people to do it with lol~

 

For IS (Infinity Shard aka Hyperion), there are more than 4-5 groups going per day, very easy to get into. Don't try DR (Danuar Reliquary for Modor) as it will only cause frustration if you don't know what you're doing. DR is kind of gear-needing and mostly in need of experience and some DPS who know what they are doing. As I said, IS is the easiest way forward for you, if you see an alliance don't be afraid to join them, if you see my legion going, we'll always have "- Bunny Army" in the recruitment so feel free to join. If you're on Siel and asmo side that is. Good luck!

Just don't try DR... You will regret your life.
Go to IS instead.
