Need Emergency Help!

So okay, Good day to you all!

I'll tell you my problem.

One day, I (Alodia - Me) was walking on Danaria and I saw (Rarri - Cleric) that he needed people for SSB. I said I wanted to join in. So he invited me and I used Return to Sauro Foot Path. I was looking around and then suddenly I saw an (or maybe not) AFK Asmo Ranger! Wooh! I full-buffed for that one Asmo! (Yeah) But when I jumped near him and was ready to burst, I suddenly got Disconnected (APPCRASH)! I thought it was a normal AppCrash, but when I tried to log in my Sorc (Alodia) again, I always get AppCrash. Instantaneously. I opened my other characters, but they don't get AppCrash.

So the meat of my problem here is - I can't play with my sorc because whenever I try to log in that character, I always get AppCrash or Disconnected.

I wish there was another solution for my character besides trying to repair the client. We have Per-User Policy here in Philippines and my Internet Connection is crumbling.

Did you try the .fix command?

 

We can't even log in our specific AppCrashed character ingame >.<

 

To use the .fix command you have to log another char in the same account and type .fix Charname* *type there your stuck char name inside. They must be in the same account for that to work.

But what happens when you use .fix on a character? Does the character reset?

 

It just strips your character naked and everything you had equipped will be on your inventory instead of your character. It's actually helpful in fixing minor glitches on your character.

 

To put it simple, try out these steps as mentioned below.
1. Login your account with the "stuck" character.
2. Select / Create another character in that same account.
3. Login that chracter, use the .fix "stuck chracter's name" command.
4. Relog and try to see if your stuck character is unstuck.
5. Unstuck character scroll back to sanctum, don't stay in danaria.

If not unstuck, try this out.
1. Login your account with "stuck" character using website.
2. Under user CP request unstuck request.
3. Wait for server restart.

What if I have only a few spaces left? As in FEW >.<

 

Then your char will delete itself from the database

Dont worry, you wont loose your items.

 

That I unfortunately cannot answer since I never tried having not enough spaces in my inventory before. 2 possible things would happen, it would either go to your mailbox or it would occupy the few spaces left and the other stuff stays on your character. But to be honest I don't know.
