    That doesn't really need a server reboot, just someone to login and spawn the missing NPCs

    These are the few reasons why i would like to request for a server reboot.
    1. Some players reported that their character is online, and they are unable to login that character. If they try to do so, they will get disconnected but the character stays online. (same issue happened during 3.7 update) The only solution is to request unstuck request and wait for server reboot.
    2. Missing NPCs in campsites in katalam and danaria (can't gain glory points, blood marks, quest as well as can't buy materials for crafting), missing entrance for sauro supply base for elyos.

    Requesting a total server restart: SIEL
    Meaning:
    Need camp nurses to work In Danaria
    Need all the BM camps to properly work with general good merchants too.
    It is really embarrassing that i request that to the online AM in game and and they say they will report it to who ever can do this and after 48hr the camps are still bugged...
    That means that one of this 2 guys is not doing their job correctly or doesn't want to.
    So every time that more than 5 camps + camp nurses will be buged i will be posting here every day until ti will be fixed.
    So please when people that play everyday and vote everyday ask for a server restart dont just press the restart button,,,, make sure its a proper one.

    server restart pls my char always stuck and cant open when he died and when teleporting to katalam and cloister academy..
