They cant. Max speed is 16 and noone can go faster than that no matter what.
I play Aion since Beta and i bet whatever you want that noone can go faster than 16

The fastest possible you can go is ranger with ABG *flight speed increase* skill and Wind Speed Scroll, this was much much faster than that. I don't understand the people who complain about being banned because their english is poor and think they can get away with it....stop using a translator and learn proper english then you will realise you cheated you should accept the consequences
