Server Transfer Problem.

Can some GM help me with this problem?, i have few months w.o playing but i wanted to transfer from Lumiel to siel. I had 2k credits and since 16 hours sort of, this msg keeps showing in my transfer menu.



What's the issue in here? did i lost my credits? did something go wrong? i kicked my toon from legion and stuff. took all brokerage items off just in case, i mean: i did all the pre-steps before putting my toon in x-fer service. Thanks for advance..

 

Try emptying your special cube. And maybe making some space in your warehouse and inventory so they're not completely full.

Every time a transfer fails your credits automatically get refunded so you don't have to worry about that, in a few hours (usually a day after your transfer), you will get your credits back and you will be able to play again.

I did two transfers in two days, they both failed, the reason was because of my special cube. When I completely emptied it, the transfer worked.

Still can't x-fer my toon from lumiel to siel wtf i emptied my special cube i have like 30% usage of my inventory and 50% warehouse, no legion no brokerage items. What's wrong with it? - Can somebody help me with this? or x-fer system is not working (i wouldn't be surprised at all)

You better pm Deathangel explaining your problem. When a transfer fails, they refund the credits & let you try again.
