Getting Sentlog everytime

    Everytime I log onto one of my chars (Godguard) I keep getting send log. I restarted, changed the graphic settings, whatever I could do to try to make it not happen.

    Can't do a .fix cuz his inventory is near full. It just so happens that this char has all my accessories. So I basically can't play at the moment.

    Put in an unstuck request. Would appreciate help. Can't play til then.

    Just went to the same place with another character (Treise). I got send log. Now everytime I try to log onto Treise, I get send log.

    Put in an unstuck request. Would appreciate help. Can't play til then.

    click your toon there that always send log.//

    I'm assuming you flew to the Hushblade flight option in Sarpan.

    Try to read what he said. He already sent an unstuck request. Since both your toons are on a hard stuck. Sending an unstuck request via the website is the correct thing to do. Now all you have to do now is wait for a server restart. Please don't forget to NOT log in both toons that are stuck at the moment to avoid cancelling the unstuck request you sent. Hope this helps.

    Actually, .fix works. What happens if ur inventory is too full? What happens to your items

    It stays in your inventory. You just gotta unload some stuff and it'll appear.

    i got the same issue, i already sent an unstuck request.. and .fix is not working on my toons, it says that both of my toons are not on my account, any idea about this issue?

    When you try the .fix feature please make sure that you are using the same account as the toons that are bugged. 2nd, make sure that when you type in your character name, always capitalize the first letter. Example, .fix Lul

    These are the 2 reasons why you get that type of error when using the .fix feature.

    2nd method is working sir, i just got a little nervous when i try to log-in those toons, it was naked, but all geared items went to my inventory.. :)

    This is the same type of bug other are experiencing, and the game will not let you log in to attempt /escape. The Unstuck request doesn't fix it.

    I have kept track of this players complaining of this same issue since the update. I have submitted multiple unstuck requests, and just finished confirming my characters were logged from "Unknown" to "Ishalgen" after my last unstuck request. This has been months, and I would say that I have come to a series of conclusions based on how the forum and Gamez Aion interact. I hope I am wrong about things, but so far, Guille was the only part of the staff who legitimately cared to follow-up with me proactively on any of these concerns, and he unfortunately can't do anything about it.

    That being said, this has been going on long enough where I do not believe this will be fixed, and I should simply be happy with the time I got on the server and do not plan on returning.

    1. The forum mods have a remote tie to the server administration - they may have an in-game mod presence, but functionally can't do anything beyond standard administrative details.

    2. The problem is not a high priority - if it was a big issue, a solution or option would have been worked out. Big issues and problems do produce tracking and updates, and this is just not a big enough problem for Gamez to dedicate updates or investigation towards.

    3. They either can't, or won't find an alternative solution - if they have the right type of Game Control panel, it would be possible to either migrate or move the actual items that were donated for onto a new toon. I think everyone can agree that leveling up is simple enough, but I personally paid money trusting that my donations were going towards maintaining the server, and that I was investing towards the continuation of the atmosphere Gamez promised to maintain. While the donations are exactly that - I feel that either an actual meaningful response on this issue should be provided, or at least tell us that we won't get our characters back, or our gear, and let us move on.

    4. Communication is not a high priority - the forum mod presence is very active here and I respect that immensely, but typically it is more of a "putting out fires and reacting to issues" type of response instead of being managed with a level of high level client service. Big issues and problems do produce tracking and updates, and this is just not a big enough problem for Gamez to dedicate updates or investigation towards.

    I would strongly encourage players to either remain patient, or just start from scratch and build back up - it is a game afterall. While this may sound hypocritical, I lost my love of the server over how this was handled from the Gamez team. I would have respected an honest answer, or consistent responses to the same issue or status updates, but having neither is unacceptable. Either tell us flat out that you can't fix the characters and you will not reimburse the gear that was donated for, or show some interest in solving the problem and let us know what is going on.


    After everything is said and done, I had donated monthly in the same sense that commercial servers need funds to maintain themselves, and I am not planning on donating again. I felt it was worth investing in, and if you were to take an inventory of my character or gear - you would quite clearly see I do not strive for any great aspirations on this server. I came here to play and have fun. I do not want to call it quits - but at the same time, I don't have the inclination to start over after being a consistent and loyal supporter of this server. I understand that the donation is completely voluntary and I am not upset that the digital goods I opted to enact with my vote and donation rewards are no longer available. The issue still falls into that this is a business Gamez is running, I am not pleased to be a part of a consistent group of players who were considered to be casualties to an error to be worth my support. I understand that it is just a game and I have every right to start over, but to be marginalized and ignored because Gamez couldn't mitigate the migration issue is unacceptable to me. This was a consistent enough issue that it should have been caught, or should be addressed directly to the players.

    I hope this gets fixed, and I hope that all the players who had issues for the last three months are able to pick up and continue - but I honestly can't see myself coming back to this server if I can't have my character back.
