Hi! I donated twice but only got 1 credits. Can any AM inbox me about this please?

 

I can only assume that you donated in rapid succession.

Sometimes when you do that (I have in the past) I received 3 of four donation, the one I did not get was returned to me in apt processing time. However, this may not be the case. If you are waiting longer than 24 hours for your credit reward for the donation the steps to take are as follows (as no one is able to see what is going on with payment wall or super-rewards processing).

1) Log into GamezAion.com
2) click Donate link
3) Click on the payment method you used (either payment wall, or super-rewards)
4) Look on the screen that comes up for a 'support' or 'missing credit' link
5) Proceed to send them an e-mail with the transaction details or any receipt that you may have as an attachment or copy / paste.

They do have security measures in place to prevent fraud and if you do donate rapidly for the same account (mostly with lower amounts of money) it can put up a red flag and they may wait for verification of the transaction.

Yes, indeed, I donated in rapid succession. It's on the same amount too. Thanks for the help. I will do that now

Oh I see. Thanks for your help. Well, I emailed the email listed where u send your donations but no reply. So I just filed a dispute thru paypal where I payed. I normally get my donations a few mins after donating but this one, didn't... *sigh
